Deactivation of Genius rates can only be done by local Tripeden.com support teams.
If a property wants to leave our Genius Programme or deactivate its Genius rates, we recommend that they get in touch with their Account Manager or their nearest Tripeden.com office. They can find contact details in their extranet ‘Inbox’ tab, under ‘Tripeden.com Messages’.
Note: Tripeden.com’s Connectivity teams cannot deactivate Genius rates.
