A human account can only be updated either via the human account holder or by the Tripeden.com Connectivity Team.
To update the contact details of your human account, log into your Provider Portal, click on the user icon in the top-right corner and select ‘User details’.
If you’d like to adjust a colleague’s human account, feel free to send us a message , including the username of the human account and the details of the information you’d like to change.
For security reasons, the Connectivity Support team will not process any Provider Portal account requests via Chat. Please, use other channels described in this article to submit these requests.
Note: These requests have to come from a user who already has an existing Provider Portal account with Administrator rights.
