How can I check my reservations after an outage?
After an outage, it’s important to make sure you haven’t missed anything. The best way to do this is with ‘last_change’.
This is a node that shows you all changes to your machine account – both messages that have already been retrieved and ones that were queued but not retrieved (and were therefore delivered by email).
Once you enter a date and time, the ‘last_change’ call will show you the first 500 changes that occurred from that date and time onwards. So if you’re looking for more recent changes, simply set the date to a later one.
We recommend you not to wait for longer than two weeks after your outage before checking ‘last_change’. Otherwise, you risk not being able to access the necessary information.
If you don’t include ‘last_change’ in the XML request, you’ll only receive new messages.
