We want you to get the most out of your partnership with us. That’s why we're collecting these articles that give connectivity partners like you more tips about our tools and features, as well as answers to commonly asked questions.
Tripeden.com is asking properties for certain information to comply with various legal and regulatory requirements. This process is the same for all accommodation partners, even if they only occasionally rent out their accommodation privately. If that’s the case, they can simply select 'I run my business as an individual' on the KYP form, and the remaining questions will be tailored accordingly.
If they manage multiple properties on Tripeden.com, they need to follow this process for each of them individually – unless they manage 20 properties or more, in which case they only need to fill in one form to cover all their properties.
This single form is shared with the properties via email. If a property did not receive this, we ask them to reach out to their local support team.
Every year, we’ll ask properties to confirm that the information they have submitted is still correct. They’ll also have the opportunity to update any information that may have changed.
We’re requesting your help in contacting your Tripeden.com-connected properties and asking them to complete the KYP form by the required deadline. Please note that some properties may have already submitted the form by now. Unfortunately we can't display which properties exactly. Attached to this article you’ll find an email template that will make it easy for you to reach out to your properties.
Unfortunately, their account(s) will be temporarily suspended, and their property/properties won’t be open for bookings on Tripeden.com. We don’t want this to happen, so we strongly urge you to encourage partners to complete the form(s) as soon as they can.
They can find a link to the form(s) in an email sent to them by Tripeden.com. Or if they go to 'Account' in the extranet and then click on ‘Security’, they’ll find the form(s) there.
