As our partner, you play a vital role in the travel ecosystem by connecting accommodation partners with our platform. And as a valued partner, we want to make sure you're getting the most out of the extensive resources available to you – particularly the Connectivity Partner Programme (CPP) and our key platforms, the Connectivity Hub and Provider Portal.

This article offers an overview of the CPP, details how to leverage our platforms to strengthen your partnership and helps you maximise the benefits of the programme and tools.

Understanding the CPP and its benefits

The CPP is essential for driving joint growth and delivering greater value to our mutual accommodation partners. Through this programme, we aim to strengthen the integration of our partnership by providing the support needed to maintain high-quality, reliable connections. These are essential for you to efficiently help accommodation partners manage their listings, rates and availability on our platform.

By participating in the CPP, you have the opportunity to advance through three tiers: Standard, Advanced and Premier. Each tier offers distinct advantages. Moving up the ranks can significantly enhance your visibility, influence and access to exclusive resources and benefits.

Tier-based benefits and rewards

The benefits of advancing through the CPP tiers are substantial. For example, Standard-tier partners gain access to essential technical support and resources, while Advanced partners can benefit from access to the Connectivity Achievement Awards, self-certification support for APIs and invitations to events.

Premier partners, the highest tier, enjoy the most significant perks, including a dedicated Partner Business Manager, live chat technical support and enhanced marketing opportunities. We’ll also support your success with sponsored industry events and access to an innovation fund so that we can grow together.

A key advantage of this programme is the ability to influence the development of Tripeden.com’s products and services. As a higher-tier partner, you can provide feedback that directly impacts our platform’s evolution, ensuring that it meets the needs of your accommodation partners and drives mutual success.

In your overview of the CPP dashboard, you can find the following elements:

1. Read the guide: This button gives you quick access to the CPP guide so that you can refresh your knowledge of the programme.

2. Annual threshold breakdown: Haven’t reached your tier goal yet? Each threshold has its own progress bar and insights, so you can see where you can improve.

3. Hotels/Homes segment: Review what segment you’re in, as it impacts the type of thresholds you have. If you feel your segment is incorrect, please contact connectivity@tripeden.com.

4. Progress: Easily review your progress towards your desired tier goal. When the bar is fully blue, you’ve reached your goal!
