To simplify your year-to-year experience, there’ll only be some minor updates to the structure of the programme. In response to your helpful feedback, we’ve improved the CPP 2024 to include:
- Enhanced engagement activity options – to provide more flexibility when meeting diverse partner needs, we've expanded engagement options in the Partnerships Initiatives programme.
- Beta programme expansion – from 1 April 2024, our enhanced Beta programme will welcome more partners and contribute to CPP tier progression.
- Professional services offerings – Premier partners now have access to a comprehensive suite of strong professional services.
- Specialised segments – ensuring equal opportunities for Connectivity partners to achieve their desired tier status with personalised recognition, we’re introducing new requirements and benefits for our Specialised segment.
- Segmentation update opportunity – If you need to adjust your segmentation classification in the Connectivity Hub, you can do so between 10 February and 15 March 2024.

Updates to the CPP structure
We’ve simplified our programme structure by making adjustments to the tier thresholds and enhancing metrics for ‘open/bookable’ listings as well as property churn. We've also included ‘Reporting’ in ‘Foundational Solutions’.
A smoother transition to the next tier
We’ve added more engagement activity options to the Partnerships Initiatives programme pillar (formerly known as ‘Engagement’) for optimum flexibility and relevance to all partners. This expanded selection of engagement activities is designed to streamline your journey to the next tier.
New Beta programme process
We're expanding the Beta programme to include a larger number of partners, providing a more structured process with clear benefits and expectations. Starting from 1 April 2024, participation in Beta tests will also be acknowledged in the CPP – helping you progress through the various tiers. Stay tuned for upcoming announcements, including the Beta programme’s eligibility criteria, and apply accordingly.
More benefits for Premier partners
Premier partners will now receive assistance at every integration phase, with a comprehensive suite of strong professional services. This includes support for feature implementation, tailored troubleshooting and design sprint facilitation.
Segmentation update opportunity
Unlock a personalised CPP journey towards your desired tier by ensuring your segment is correctly set to Hotels or Homes by 15 March. You’ll now be able to adjust your segmentation classification in the Connectivity Hub. Please note that changing your segment will impact the thresholds you will need to meet in the 2024 programme year.
