We’re writing to let you know about updates we’ve made to the Connectivity Platforms as part of our ongoing effort to improve your experience as a Connectivity partner. These changes will help you streamline your operations, provide insights to boost your performance and give you more visibility on upcoming solutions.
What’s changing?
Based on your feedback, we’re updating the following aspects of the Connectivity Platforms:
- API documentation
- Connectivity online roadmap
- Connectivity Hub
1. New API documentation platform
We’re in the process of migrating the Connectivity API documentation portal to a new platform. This changes the look and feel of the content, including a refreshed user interface, improved readability, improved search functions and the addition of a dark mode. We’ll redirect all links to the new documentation portal. You don’t need to do anything and this change won’t affect your business.

2. Online product roadmap launch
On 2 April 2024 we launched an online version of our annual product roadmap, a one-stop-shop for all product-related updates. This is the hub where you’ll find information about the features, benefits, statuses and launch dates of new and upcoming solutions, updates to existing solutions, and links to relevant articles and handbooks (where applicable).

3. Connectivity Hub refresh
We’re refreshing our Connectivity Hub to help tailor and optimise your experience. These updates include:
- A new look on the graph tables to help you visualise your growth.
- A new partnership initiatives pillar to give you an overview of the initiatives available to you and allow you to easily opt-in.
A new segment focused on Specialised Connectivity Partners, where you can track your progress toward your desired tier for the first time.
