Contracting made simple and efficient

Unless you’re a property management company with a direct connection to us, you’ll need to ask accommodation partners that are new to Tripeden.com to sign an accommodation partner contract with us. The Contracting API is the easiest way to do this. It allows you to:

  1. Onboard and build properties faster by getting immediate access to the Legal Entity ID (LEID) before the property has even signed the contract
  2. Get full visibility & control over the contracting process with the ability to check contract status and retrigger requests for a property to sign it
  3. Add properties in additional countries quickly through a simple addendum to the existing contract


What’s possible with the Contracting API?

At a high level, the Contracting API enables you to:

  • Accept legal details from accommodation partner (AP), return a legal entity ID and send an email to AP with a link to the Tripeden.com contracting tool

  • Check whether AP has signed a contract with Tripeden.com

  • Resend email to AP with link to Tripeden.com contracting tool

  • Retrieve basic legal details of AP: legal entity ID, contract signed status, and countries in which the AP has properties.

  • Add new countries to the contract and send an email to AP with a link to sign an addendum through the Tripeden.com contracting tool
