Quick Connect for group accounts

Quick Connect for group accounts makes it easier than ever for multi-property partners and property management companies to request a new connection or to switch to a new Connectivity provider. With Quick Connect for group accounts, multi-property partners can:

 


  • Quickly connect multiple properties to a new provider – use the ‘Bulk Editing’ tab in the group extranet to connect all their properties to a new Connectivity provider at the same time.
  • Switch to a new provider without taking properties offline – this keeps existing connections active while giving the new Connectivity provider read-only access for mapping purposes.
  • Complete the connection or switch providers themselves  request a new connection or switch to a new Connectivity provider directly in the group extranet.

 

Auto Confirm

Auto Confirm is a simple setting in the Provider Portal that automatically approves all new connection requests by properties.

  • Faster onboarding – Auto Confirm reduces processing times, so you can have properties go live on Tripeden.com within minutes.
  • Reduced manual effort – Auto Confirm eliminates the need to log into the Provider Portal to approve each new connection request.
  • No connection request backlog – The connection is activated immediately, meaning properties won’t need to wait for you to confirm it.


Mapping Calls

With Mapping Calls, you get read access to a set of endpoints when your connection status with properties is in ‘pending’ state. This lets you map your property inventory to our platform so that you can be prepared before activating a connection.
