Manage regulatory tasks in the compliance centre
We’re making it simple for accommodation partners to share their information via the compliance centre in the extranet. This is where accommodation partners can find the KYP form, which we’ll use to gather the information we need securely and comply with regulatory requirements. Everything you need to know about the Know Your Partner (KYP) form
Accommodation partners should submit the information of the business or individual who has signed the contract with Tripeden.com in the KYP form. We may also be legally required to verify the information. We’ll ask for information such as:
- Business details – business type, structure, ownership and registered address.
- Individual details – full name, date and place of birth and residential address.
- Tax details – tax identification number, VAT number or business registration number, depending on the business type.
Depending on your business type, you may also be asked to upload supporting documentation as part of the verification process.
💡 Don’t forget
We’ll never ask for extranet account sign-in details or link directly to the KYP form. The only exception is accommodation partners who are connected parties without an extranet account. The KYP form has to be accessed from the compliance centre in the extranet. We’ll send regulatory compliance emails from addresses ending in ‘@partners.tripeden.com’ or ‘@tripeden.com’.
