Connectivity Advisory Board | Barcelona, Spain

This one-day event brought together technical and commercial elected board members for strategic conversations about industry trends, optimising the Connectivity programme and how we can make continuous improvements. Participants engaged in roundtable discussions on topics such as standardisation, tech modernisation, commercial benefits, sustainability and platform and tooling experiences.

Travel Tech | Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Hosted at our Amsterdam headquarters, we welcomed 55 attendees representing 42 of our Premier partners for our first-ever Travel Tech event. The event aimed to unite our technical teams to share updates and develop solutions to common problems our mutual accommodation partners face.

Attendees were invited to share their feedback and ideas at ‘guru bars’ – supportive spaces for partners to chat with product, technical, engineering and documentation experts. We discussed a range of topics including fallback management, payments, authentication, beta testing and much more.

Level Up by Streamline | Phoenix, USA

To kick off H2, we sponsored the 2023 edition of the annual Streamline Summit. This three-day event was a great chance to connect with Streamline’s property managers to share knowledge and gain insight into their needs.

NEXT2023 Transformative Technology by Track | Minneapolis, USA

We teamed up with Track for the NEXT2023 conference in Minneapolis. The September event centred around ‘transformative technology’ and how the travel and hospitality industry can harness it.

The Avantio Partnership – TAP 2023 by Avantio | Valencia, Spain

In October, we joined Avantio in Valencia for TAP 2023. The event gave space for 500+ vacation rental professionals to build strong connections with industry experts and service providers. Payments were a key topic, with a clear focus on enhancing this key area of the business due the growing demand in terms of usability and security.

Reboot Forward Forum by RateGain | Singapore and Malaysia

We sponsored RateGain’s Reboot events in Singapore and Malaysia. Here, different industry players brainstormed the tech solutions that are currently missing that would help them improve their customers' travel experiences.

The Big Connect – A Hospitec Conference by STAAH | Bali and Jakarta, Indonesia

The Big Connect events in October and November brought together hospitality leaders in Indonesia to deep-dive into ‘the new travel market’ – from emerging customer behaviours to how property owners maximise revenue.

Community Event 2023 by vOffice | Hamburg, Germany

We joined vOffice in November for a Community Event in Hamburg, where we had the opportunity to make new connections and discuss how we can create seamless experiences for properties.
