What’s the KYP form and why it’s needed

Via the KYP form, we collect and verify certain information regarding your company’s address and ownership in accordance with various legal, regulatory and partnership requirements.

 

Completing the form is one of the Connectivity Partnership Programme (CPP) requirements and has to be done within two months of receiving the invitation.

 

Finding the KYP form

The KYP form can be found in the Connectivity Hub. You must be logged in to complete it. If you’re having problems with your account, you can contact our support team or reach out to the Connectivity Hub Admin in your company. For more information, check out the FAQ on managing your access.

 

Information you need to provide

As a business entity, you need to provide the following information:

• Full legal name of the company.

• Company registration number.

• VAT/Tax identification number (if applicable).

• Registered company address.

• Information about Company Directors – full name and date of birth.

• Information about Beneficial Owners (owning 25% or more of the contracting legal entity, either directly or indirectly through a holding company) – full name and date of birth.

• Answers to some additional questions, like if you’re under supervision from any regulatory authority.

 

We only use the information you provide for identification purposes as required by law. This information might be shared with third parties if our contract mentions it. This data may also be shared with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required to comply with local or international regulations.

 

Editing your information

You can update your KYP form if there are any changes to the personal or business entity information. Simply edit and re-submit the form via the Connectivity Hub. We may also ask you to update your KYP form periodically.

 

FAQ

I’m a Connectivity partner as well as a Multi-Property partner. Do I have to complete both the extranet and the Connectivity Hub KYP forms?

Yes, as the information and requirements may be different from platform to platform.

 

Do I have to complete the KYP form if my company is publicly traded?

Yes, as publicly traded companies aren’t exempt from providing information to meet the KYP form requirements.

 

Is the Connectivity Partner KYP the same as Property Partner KYP? 

No, they are two separate forms. You can read more regarding the different types of forms.

 

What happens if I don’t complete the KYP form?   

If you don’t complete the KYP form within two months of receiving an initial invite, we might have to terminate our partnership. This is in line with the minimum partnership requirements from the Connectivity Partnership Programme (CPP).
